- Can I try iGoNexa before paying?
- Yes. Describe your idea without creating an account. You need an account to save a project, and a subscription to publish it.
- What are credits?
- Creating and changing projects uses credits. Each request is charged by what it really costs to run. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month, and credits from packs never expire while your account is open.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Once payments open, you will be able to buy an extra credit pack or upgrade your plan, or wait for your monthly credits to renew. Your projects stay safe either way.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade?
- Yes, once subscriptions open. An upgrade adds the extra credits straight away, and a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, once subscriptions open. You will be able to cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing month.
