Security
How we protect your account and your work
Your ideas and projects matter to you. Here is, in plain language, how iGoNexa protects them.
Your projects are private
Each account can only see, change or delete its own projects. This rule is enforced by the database itself, not just by the website, so one customer can never open another customer's work.
Your password stays protected
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase Auth. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form — iGoNexa never sees or stores your password in plain text.
Every action is checked on our servers
When you save a project or open My Projects, our servers confirm who you are and what you are allowed to do. We never rely on your browser alone to decide permissions.
Secret keys never reach your browser
The private keys that connect iGoNexa to its services are kept on our servers only. They are never included in the pages sent to your device.
Encrypted connections and European hosting
iGoNexa connects to its database over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Your account and project data are stored in a data centre in Europe.
The services we use
Your account and projects are stored with Supabase. When you build a project, your idea and the details you add are sent to our technology provider, Anthropic, to create the result.
Your projects stay with your account
Saved projects are linked to your own account and can only be opened from it.
Payments
When subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by a certified payment provider. iGoNexa will never see or store your full card number.
Policies
Read how we handle your information and subscriptions. These policies are drafts until our review is complete.
